1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the pak75 Platform in any manner, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have read and accept pak75's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide to pak75 is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pak75 Platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting pak75 support.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use a pak75 Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pak75 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pak75 or any other gaming platform through a programme that pak75 participates in.
• Not on a restricted list: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of pak75 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. pak75 does not provide legal advice; if in doubt, seek independent legal counsel.

4. Account Registration & Security

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on pak75. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Accurate information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account information if any details change. pak75 relies on the information you provide for KYC, payment processing, and customer service purposes.

Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. pak75 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pak75 support immediately at [email protected]. pak75 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation.

KYC verification: pak75 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported payment methods: pak75 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.

Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. pak75 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, your bank, or circumstances beyond pak75's reasonable control.

Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you contact support to arrange an alternative, subject to satisfactory verification.

Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

KYC for withdrawals: First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification including CNIC submission. pak75 may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawals at its sole discretion.

Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited. pak75 actively monitors for third-party payment patterns as part of its anti-money-laundering programme.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Acceptance of bets: All bets and wagers placed on pak75 are subject to acceptance by pak75 at its sole discretion. pak75 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason, including but not limited to cases where: the stake exceeds your available balance, a market has been suspended, or a pricing error has occurred.

Pricing errors: In the event that a betting market or game is offered at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, pak75 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and refund the stake amount. Winnings derived from manifest pricing errors will not be paid.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and account status. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

Live betting: Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice, particularly during live sporting events. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured unless the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was determined (late bets).

Voids and cancellations: pak75 may void a bet if the relevant sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled beyond the defined settlement window. Specific voiding rules for cricket, casino games, and slots are available within the relevant game rules section of the platform.

Casino and slot games: All casino and slot games offered through pak75 Casino and the pak75 slots section use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results, player history, or account status.

Disconnections: pak75 is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or other technical interruptions during active gaming sessions. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a live casino game, the outcome recorded by pak75's server shall be the binding result.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pak75 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and PSL special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated to you.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified, active accounts in good standing only.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: pak75 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
• Modification and withdrawal: pak75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for their stated duration unless fraud or abuse is detected.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak75 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating, using, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents; impersonating another person; or providing materially false information at any point.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, whether on pak75 or on opposing platforms, to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have direct or indirect knowledge of, or involvement in, a pre-arranged outcome.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the pak75 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. pak75 is required by international regulatory obligations to report suspicious financial activity.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak75 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith, without first attempting to resolve the matter through pak75 support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak75 Platform — including but not limited to the pak75 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak75 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak75 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any pak75 content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pak75 software;
• Use pak75's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on pak75 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of pak75 intellectual property may result in Account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Privacy & Data

pak75 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By using pak75, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak75 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, customer support, and fraud prevention. pak75 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and pak75 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. pak75 employs industry-standard data security practices to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak75's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the pak75 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pak75 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak75 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the form of the claim or whether pak75 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications failures;
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure;
• Losses arising from decisions you make in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence by pak75.

12. Responsible Gaming

pak75 is fully committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The following obligations and tools apply to all pak75 accounts:

• 21+ strictly enforced: pak75 will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent access by minors.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account dashboard at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Time-in-session reminders can be configured to alert you after a set period of uninterrupted play.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (24 hours to 180 days) by contacting support or using the self-exclusion tool in their account settings.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from pak75 may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. Once permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of five (5) years.
• Reality checks: The platform displays net session win/loss information to help players maintain an accurate picture of their gaming activity.

13. Suspension & Termination

Termination by you: You may close your pak75 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Suspension by pak75: pak75 reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily or permanently at any time, without prior notice, if:

• pak75 has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially criminal activity is detected on your Account;
• pak75 is required to do so by law, regulatory obligation, or order of a competent authority;
• Your Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Effect of termination: Upon permanent Account closure (whether by you or by pak75), your licence to use the Platform is revoked immediately. Where closure is due to breach of these Terms, pak75 may forfeit all or part of your Account balance at its sole discretion. Where closure is at your own request or due to inactivity, your verified real-money balance will be refunded.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pak75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pak75 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the pak75 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using pak75 and may request Account closure before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms is always available at pak75.ws/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak75 holds its international gaming licence.

Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact pak75 support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. pak75 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any genuine complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Formal disputes: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by pak75. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

No class actions: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, group claims, and representative proceedings are not permitted under these Terms.
